Anyone can be a member of Heyground if he or she is planning/operating a company that has positive social impact. As people who gathered based on a social mission, they earn co-workers who cares about social value and business. D-well House is a share house where changemakers live together. It is true that working in social sector has difficulty receiving wide support. Lack of social support and colleagues significantly lower the sustainability of social innovation activities. D-well house was born from this awareness. We thought that when people with same mission live together, the sustainability of their activities will increase. Currently D-well House is operating two in Korea and one in Las Vegas. In total, 28 changemakers are living together in D-well House.
Ashoka, nonprofit organization established in 1980, designates changemaker as fellow and grant them financial support so that they can carry on the social innovation activities. Since its first selection of Ashoka Fellow in India in 1981, about 3,000 social entrepreneurs from about 70 countries are designated as Ashoka Fellow.
