Mill Company is an eco-friendly restaurant using fresh ingredients from Cheongsong. ‘So-nyeo’ here includes “grandmothers” who raise wild greens, ones who use them them as ingredient for cooking, and everyone who contributes to a meal. Currently, about 1000 companies from 33 countries received the B-Corp mark.
