If it is impossible to separate those two - work and life, I wanted to find out the way to make either one better. That's why I joined the team People&Culture and now I'm working for putting invisible value - the cultural aspects of Root Impact into words.
I'm pretty sure that the workplace is not a paradise for everyone and everyday. (You know, the monday sickness is not only for monday) However, I wish my colleagues to be recovered and growing in their own way when we together as a team. Also I hope that they feel 'Okay' with it. Even though it's not a perfect workplace, I want to make them believe it is getting better. For sure.

Before Root Impact, Danbi worked at Foundation Dongcheon, Asan Acamedy and Atlas Corps in D.C. Since she joined Root Impact, she has been working as a Community Designer for D-WELL House. She holds a BA in Sociology and French Literature from Korea University.
